Good morning. A DuBois man faces felony charges following a drug-fueled crash that severely injured a passenger. State police charged thirty-five-year-old Kevin Allen Steele on Monday with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence. Investigators say Steele slammed his car into a parked flatbed trailer last year, trapping his girlfriend inside. Recent toxicology reports confirmed methamphetamine was in his system.Meanwhile, unofficial primary election results are quiet across the Tri-County area this morning. With local incumbents like State Representative Mike Armanini running unopposed, election boards in Clearfield, Jefferson, and Elk counties report a smooth night with low voter turnout.  Regional votes did help lift Republican Jason Richey to a decisive victory for the Lieutenant Governor nomination.Back in the city of DuBois, officials have announced three finalists for the city manager position: Joe Fleming, Scott Andrejchak, and Shawn Arbaugh.
